Depicted below is the painting by Kenneth W. Thompson. It appeared in the company brochures to market Pan Am’s routes. The painting was displayed in Juan Trippe’s office in New York. Came across this picture while surfing some feeds and thought what a better place to hang this picture but on this Air Boat Web page. It clearly depicts the " romance" of aviation and travelling on an Air Boat. A window to the world.

Considering Mr. Blair was an x pilot of Pan Am this art would be appropriate.
It is indeed appropriate. Charlie Blair had a good relationship with Igor Sikorsky and was the test pilot on Sikorsky's VS-44 and joined PAA several years later. Thanks for sharing.
